If you love a relaxing, laid-back holiday in the mountains with amazing food and an outstanding spa, you’ll love the famous hotel JOHANN Schladming.
Located in the centre of Schladming, everything you could ever want is in direct reach (although everything you need is in the hotel itself!): shops, the historic town, ski and sport rentals and of course the famous ski pistes. Something, I adored during our stay, as we could simply walk to the ski lift – no car required. Ever.

A rooftop infinity pool awaits you at JOHANN Schladming as well as a large sauna and spa area. Fireplaces, chill-out lounges, delicious snacks and drinks to keep you hydrated during your relaxation. 10/10.
Particularly exciting was the stunning view you get while relaxing in the heated rooftop pool: overlooking Schladming and the stunning mountains and ski slopes. How good is it to decide which slope you’ll be trying the next day while sipping a lovely drink and bathing in a rooftop pool?
Award Winning Kitchen
The only thing making it easy to leave the spa area are a) the stunning rooms which feel like a spa themselves too, and b) the fantastic award winning kitchen from JOHANN Schladming. Being excited to go for dinner is definitely part of a good holiday if you ask me!
At JOHANN Schladming, you can choose between different restaurants (5-course-dinner or à la carte). We tried both and loved it equally. Allergies and food intolerances were carefully and kindly considered and respected. The food was AMAZING!
Super tasty, high quality, stunningly arranged and just perfect. For any taste and needs. The staff is very kind, very helpful and professional too!
